Yes. If you bring your laundry to the front desk by 9:00, we will have it cleaned and returned to you by 18:00 that day. We also have coin laundry facilities available in the hotel for use 24 hours a day.
The restaurant on the 1st and 2nd floors offers 500 bottles of 170 types of wine. We also have a variety of alcohol. There is also a cake shop on the 1st floor. The restaurant also offers cake sets.
There is no kiosk within the building. However, a selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the vending machines on 3F. There is also a 24-hour convenience store (Lawson) 3-min from the hotel on foot.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and on the front desk floor. Please note that no wired (LAN cable) internet is provided.
We do not offer this service at our hotel; however, the “WORLD CURRENCY SHOP” for Lawson is a 2-min walk from the hotel. There are also many places around Osaka Sta. where currency exchange is available. For details, ask at the front desk.
Yes, There is a coin parking system in the basement of the hotel. You have to make a reservation by calling or sending e-mail to us before you park your car. It will cost 3000 yen (tax included). Parking time period will be from 3PM to 11AM. However, the parking lots are limited, it’s on a first come first serve basis. The coin parking system on the 1st floor of the hotel is not meant for the hotel guest, so please do not park your car on the 1st floor.
We provide eco-friendly cleaning service. For hygienic purposes, a regular cleaning service will be performed once in 3 days. If you need us to clean your room, please contact the front desk by midnight for the following day’s cleaning.
Unfortunately, we do not provide room service.
Unfortunately, there are no safety boxes in the rooms. Please deposit your valuables at the front desk. (*Only our suite on 15F is equipped with a safety box).
We ask that all guests return their room key upon check-out.
Unfortunately, we do not carry these items. In some rooms it is possible to move the bed next to the wall. Please let us know by phone or mail if you would like to request this.
Up to 1 preschool child can sleep together for free per bed. Please note that we do not have amenities for children.
We do not allow animals other than assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs. If you would like to bring an assistance dog, please let us know in advance by phone or email when making your reservation.
